Step 1
Get them on the app.
One simple step. Takes less than the time it takes to make their coffee.
Easiest way
Scan the counter sign
Point them at the QR code on the display stand. Takes them straight to the App Store / Play Store.

Sign-up needs name, email, phone. That's it.
Step 2 · The main move
Give a stamp.
It's literally tap-to-pay. Same spot, same motion.

Step 3 · Big orders
Give more than one stamp.
For when someone orders 3 coffees instead of 1. Only works if your owner has it switched on — check first.

If they skip Confirm, it goes back to one stamp. Always check Confirm got tapped.
Step 4 · The fun part
Redeem a reward.
When the card's full, the reward shows at the bottom of their card. Here's how they claim it.

Why the stamper tap? Stops people faking it with a screenshot. Without your tap, the reward isn't claimed.
Step 5 · Plan B
QR code backup.
If NFC isn't working — or your owner has set you up as staff — you can scan the customer's QR code instead.

Pick the right shop (if you have more than one)

Tap Give Stamps → choose how many → Scan QR Code

Point your camera at their QR. Done — both phones get a confirmation
Same flow, just tap Redeem
Profile → Scan QR Code → pick shop → tap Redeem Rewards → choose how many → scan their code. Done.

Speed tip: after picking your shop, leave the app on the stamp screen. Even when locked, you'll be ready to scan instantly.
Step 6 · The pitch
What to say.
Pick the line that fits. Say it the same way every time.
We've just switched to digital stamp cards — way easier than paper. Scan the QR code on the stand and you'll get your first stamp right now.

Don't ask, assume. "Want me to set you up?" works better than "Do you want a stamp card?" — 9 out of 10 say yes.
Step 7 · Final stretch
Quick FAQ.
The stuff customers actually ask. Tap any question to expand.
Phone needs to be unlocked and on the Ready-to-Scan screen. Try moving the stamper slowly across the back until you find the NFC chip.
They haven't — stamps live on their account. Ask them to log out and back in, or check they're in the right shop's card.
No. The customer needs to tap Stamp on their app, or show their QR code. This stops fraud.
Mention it's free, no passwords, less than 30 seconds. If they still say no — that's fine, move on.
Once a reward is claimed it can't be reused. They'll need to fill up another card to earn another one.
Step 8 · You're done
You're good to go.
